Common causes

Upstream removed the file
Packages leave the archive when a suite is updated, and old point-release images are deleted when a new one appears. If your package manager asks for a file that has just been superseded, refresh its indices (apt update, apk update, pacman -Syy, dnf clean all) and try again.
The tree is mid-sync or behind
A file published upstream minutes ago may not be here yet. Sync intervals run from 2 to 24 hours depending on the tree; the age of each one is on the Sync status page.
Wrong path
Paths are case sensitive, and the layout matches upstream exactly. Check the base paths on the Usage page; a common mistake is /ubuntu-releases/ versus /ubuntu/, or a missing architecture component such as /os/x86_64/.
Repository not mirrored here
This host does not carry the Debian security archive, Ubuntu ports, Debian archives of end-of-life releases, or BackPAN. Those requests will always return 404.

Paths served by this host

/debian/
/debian-cd/
/ubuntu/
/ubuntu-releases/
/alpine/
/archlinux/
/rocky/
/openwrt/
/cpan/

Directory listings are generated for every one of them, so removing the last path component from a failing URL and browsing up from there usually finds what you meant. Machine-readable state is at /status.txt and /status.json.

If you believe the file should be here — it exists upstream and the tree is current — send the full path and the time of the request in UTC to triple.isoimage.sbs.
